Please note that the WOW!Store is run by tompeters!company. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pmEST, Mon-Fri. If your order is placed after business hours or on a weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

Non-US Shipping.

For delivery to addresses outside the U.S., please contact wowstore@tompeters.com to place your order. Tell us what item(s) you wish to order and we’ll provide shipping rates that are not accessible through the PayPal order process.

Ordering 5 or More Items.

For orders that include five or more items, please contact wowstore@tompeters.com to place your order. Tell us what item(s) and quantities you wish to purchase and we’ll provide special shipping rates for your order.

Slide Orders.

When you purchase a Slide Presentation, a PowerPoint file will be emailed to you from wowstore@tompeters.com. At present, it is necessary to complete the shipping address section of the order process, but only your email address will actually be used. Depending on your email service, it may be necessary for you to add wowstore@tompeters.com to your address book in order to receive the file.

E-booklet Orders.

When you purchase an E-booklet, a PDF file will be emailed to you from wowstore@tompeters.com. At present, it is necessary to complete the shipping address section of the order process, but only your email address will actually be used. Depending on your email service, it may be necessary for you to add wowstore@tompeters.com to your address book in order to receive the file.

The WOW!Store uses PayPal as its secure payment processor. If you do not wish to use PayPal, please email wowstore@tompeters.com to request alternative payment options.
